Sam Fissell is a Cambodian American fashion designer who has a particular interest in tailoring and creating complex patterns. Sam’s personal work revolves around his Khmer and American roots using fashion as a medium to explore identity. His interest in western tailoring and the fluidity of eastern garments is what inspires him to create. Exploring the space in between these two concepts is the core of his work. Collaboration is a very important part of Sam’s work and he is always looking for new opportunities to create.
